These resources are intended to provide sample advocacy materials, research, and model policies to juvenile justice agencies and advocates seeking to enhance dignity, respect, and fairness for LGBT youth in the juvenile justice system.

The policies tab includes examples of state and local juvenile justice agency LGBT policies or non-discrimination policies with enumerated categories of sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or gender expression. The Equity Project does not necessarily endorse any of these policies in their entirety as the best model but provides them as examples of existing working policies from around the country.

The Equity Project Resources tab includes publications from the Equity Project.

Other Resources includes various publications from others, such as relevant law review articles, case law, practice tips, research, and reports.

Links includes links to other advocacy organizations working do address the criminalization of LGBT youth.
